Getting to EX 25:
Attendees should plan to arrive in Mexico City on Sunday, December 7, ahead of EX25 programming. Most major U.S. and Canadian cities offer direct flights to Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX).
W Mexico City is located in the upscale Polanco district, roughly 18 kilometers (11 miles) west of Benito Juárez International Airport. Depending on traffic, the drive typically takes 25 to 45 minutes.
Travelers can reach the hotel easily by several methods:
- Authorized Airport Taxi: Available just outside baggage claim in both airport terminals. Fares are prepaid and average 350–500 MXN (about $20–30 USD).
- Rideshare Services: Uber, Didi, and Cabify operate reliably in Mexico City and often offer similar or slightly lower fares than taxis.
- Private Car Service: Many travelers opt to schedule a private driver or hotel transfer in advance for a direct and comfortable ride.
- Metro Option: The nearest metro station to the W Hotel is Auditorio on Line 7, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. While inexpensive, the metro is not recommended for travelers with heavy luggage.
Polanco is a safe and vibrant area filled with restaurants, boutiques, and parks, making the ride from the airport both convenient and a great introduction to Mexico City.

Polanco is home to many embassies, international businesses, and cultural institutions, offering a secure and professional setting for EX25. Standard urban precautions are advised when traveling around the city.
The W Hotel provides on-site security, concierge services, and 24-hour front desk assistance. All major credit cards are accepted, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
ENVIRONMENT & EVENT ATTIRE
December in Mexico City typically brings mild days (70°F / 21°C) and cool evenings (mid-50s°F / 13°C). The city’s altitude (7,300 ft / 2,200 m) may make hydration especially important during travel days.
The dress code for EX25 programming is business formal.
